Online Web Check-in

For most bookings, passengers have the option to check in online. To do so, you'll need your booking reference number (found on your itinerary) and your passport details if you're traveling internationally.

There are exceptions to online check-in, and you'll be required to check in at the airport if:

- You're traveling with an infant
- You're traveling to or from the US
- You've made a booking through Jetstar Group bookings
- You require specific assistance

Airport Kiosk Check-in

Jetstar kiosks offer a convenient alternative to the check-in counter, especially for domestic flights within Australia, New Zealand, or Jetstar Japan (GK), as well as selected Jetstar Asia (3K) flights departing from Singapore. At these kiosks, you can print your boarding pass and, if applicable, your baggage tags for checked baggage.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport counter check-in and bag drop services open 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. Passengers are advised to be at their boarding gate 40 minutes before the scheduled departure, and the boarding gate closes 15 minutes before departure. It's important to note that Jetstar reserves the right to forfeit a passenger's seat if they have not checked in by the specified time.
