SilkAir (Singapore) Private Limited is a full-service regional airline headquartered at Airline House in Singapore. Previously, its head office was located on the fifth floor of the SIA Superhub in Singapore.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, SilkAir operates scheduled passenger services from Singapore to 41 cities across 15 countries in Southeast Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, East Asia, and Australia. Serving as the regional arm of Singapore Airlines, it caters to short to medium-haul destinations within the Singapore Airlines Group network.

SilkAir collaborates through codeshares with Scoot and Singapore Airlines, with its operational hub located at Singapore Changi Airport.

Singapore Airlines announced on May 18, 2018, that the SilkAir fleet would undergo a significant cabin product upgrade starting in 2020, leading to its eventual integration into the parent company. As part of this merger process, SilkAir's website was discontinued and merged into Singapore Airlines' website on March 31, 2019. The integration culminated in SilkAir being fully absorbed into Singapore Airlines by the end of January 2021.

It has ceased operations on 28 January 2021 after merged with Singapore Airlines.
